July 31, 2009

Equipped with Huawei's SingleRAN DBS3900 eNodeB, the latest version of commercial LTE software and test terminals, the new facility is expected help Huawei's local R&D teams to collaborate closely with US and Canadian operators in testing LTE systems before launch. In 2008, Huawei conducted a LTE field test using AWS (Advanced Wireless Services) spectrum in the United States.
